Trendz Services acts as a staffing intermediary and is not the direct employer for all positions listed.

2. Eligibility

To use our services you must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Job Applications

By submitting an application you acknowledge and agree that: all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge, you provide prior express consent to be contacted by Trendz Services by phone, email, text message, and WhatsApp regarding job opportunities and application status, submitting an application does not constitute an offer or guarantee of employment, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, and you represent that any personal information you submit does not violate the rights of any third party.

4. No Employment Guarantee

Trendz Services makes every effort to match candidates with suitable positions. However, submission of an application does not guarantee job placement, employment, or any specific outcome. Employment decisions are made by our partner companies and are subject to their own hiring criteria.

5. No Fees for Job Seekers

Trendz Services does not charge any fees to job seekers. Our application and placement process is completely free for candidates. If any person or entity requests payment on behalf of Trendz Services, report it immediately to adm@trendzservices.com.

6. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information, you provide prior express consent to receive communications from Trendz Services including phone calls, text messages (SMS), emails, and WhatsApp messages related to job opportunities and your application status. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, contacting us at adm@trendzservices.com, or informing your coordinator. Opting out of communications may limit our ability to match you with opportunities.

7. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to: provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks, interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the website, use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract data, or reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
